Two Cops, a Clown, & a Police Department

Looking a little roughed up and spattered in blood, Joker finds himself in a police interrogation room being grilled by two irate cops after having killed one of their partners. The focus of their questioning is the video sessions leaked on to You Tube. But every chance he gets, the Clown Prince throws them off and makes one of the policemen an offer he might not be able to refuse.
